Ever wanted to check if someone already got a leak of a song up? acrcloud.com's song recogniton can be put to use. drop in your mp3/flac/wav/whatever and see if someone already has/had it up. did they already, and did it get deleted? keep note of the isrc you see. distibute that song using that isrc. doing this, you get all unclaimed funds from the other artist, as well as stats and you will reappear in playlists the other artists' song was in.

want your leaks of known songs to be undetectable by content id? open your file (mp3/wav doesnt matter as long as fl can open it,) set the speed of your song to about 94% of original (or speed up to 106%, this seems to be the least noticable.) you then need to pitch up/down about 45 'cents' (google for more info.)(alternatively, you can pitch more but not less.) then export it as a wav/flac, and carry on with your day. 'how does this work ?' you might ask. it's simple. sampling/acoustic fingerprints can detect the song, things added to the song, but not when the song is almost entirely changed, according to its recognition methods. I can't guarantee that someone working distros/spotify/apple cant delete your song but this works %99 of the time. doing this, however decreases quality of audio quite a bit and its the main drawback of this. another tip of advice; NEVER, and i mean never, submit to pandora, as they have an in house quality/whatever you want to call it check (humans). not being a main player in music distro, i don't see a reason to try to even distribute to them. (source: distrolock.com and YouTube:How Does Shazam Work? (most distros use acrcloud for recognition if not their own.)
